We love this toy and it provides hours of fun whilst surreptitiously teaching key STEM skills. Children build a run for their marble and then test to see what happens. This is very much a probem solving toy as the marble may get stuck, or does not run in the expected direction, leaving children to evaluate what went wrong, fix it and test again. Giving them the space to work out the problem and fix it for themselves generates huge pride and self confidence.
It’s a hugley creative toy and the fact that it can be built in different combinations means it give hours of screen free learning play. Of course it finely tunes their motor ckills too. You can exend the construction even more if you have other blocks at home. Our Viga brand blocks will work, but any other blocks of the same size can bee used.
